Congratulations on your pregnancy! I am honored that you would consider involving me in such an intimate and precious time in your life! 

I’m Stephanie- thrifting enthusiast, homebody, and mama to three. 
My husband and I moved to the Salt Lake Valley in 2016 after the birth of our son. We have since welcomed two daughters, all born at home!
My pregnancy and birth experiences were individually challenging, yet wonderful, and have played a forever role in who I am as a person and as a mother! 

The idea to become a doula started  over a decade ago when I witnessed my niece's birth and later supported my best friend through her first and second births. I didn't officially answer the call to birth work until 2017 when I attended my first DONA birth doula training.
As I began exploring maternity care, I quickly realized that there can be a discrepancy in the resources, information, and care available to many expecting families. As a doula, it's become my goal to support my clients in accessing what they need to have the experience they believe is best for them and their baby- no matter where and what that looks like!  

I firmly believe that a positive birth experience goes well beyond just "healthy mom, healthy baby." Every single birth is a journey that is deeply transformative and complex. I believe that birth can be intense and doable. It can be raw, primal, and beautiful. Birth can be intuitive and also research based. There is room at the table for all of our preferences and experiences.

As a doula, I aim to be your companion during this unique time- one that offers personalized, comprehensive care and continuous support as you navigate the joys and challenges of bringing a baby into this world.
